Privacy Policy — Vairity

1. Overview

Vairity, Inc. (“Vairity,” “we,” “us”) provides an enterprise AI-native platform comprised of BUILD, AUTOMATE, and CONTROL. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and our products, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is intended to give a clear, plain-English summary; binding obligations are governed by your executed customer agreement.

2. What we collect

Website forms. When you submit a demo, early-access, or partnership request, we collect the fields you provide (name, work email, company, role, use-case details, message).
Direct emails. If you email us, we keep your message and contact details to respond and follow up.
Usage analytics. We use privacy-respecting analytics (no cross-site tracking, no advertising cookies) to understand aggregate traffic patterns. Detail in our Cookie Preferences.
Product telemetry. For customers under contract, we collect operational telemetry as defined in the executed Data Processing Addendum (DPA).

3. How we use it

To respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, and operate the early-access program.
To send product updates to people who opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To operate, secure, and improve the platform.
To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share contact data with advertising networks.

4. Customer data & deployment models

For self-hosted, single-tenant, or VPC deployments, customer workflow data and AI inputs/outputs remain in customer-controlled infrastructure unless explicitly configured otherwise. For SaaS evaluations, data is isolated by tenant. Specific controls and sub-processors are listed in the DPA shared during enterprise evaluation.

5. Sub-processors

We use a minimal set of business sub-processors (email delivery, error monitoring, customer-support tooling, cloud hosting). A current sub-processor list is provided under NDA during procurement review.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and similar), you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of personal data we hold about you. Send requests to contact@vairity.ai and we will respond within statutory timelines.

7. Retention

We retain inquiry data for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable follow-up period, then either delete it or archive it under a documented retention schedule. Customer data retention under a contract follows the DPA.

8. Security

We design for governance from day one: least-privilege access, encryption in transit and at rest, audit logging, and runtime authorization for agent actions via Vairity CONTROL. See /security for posture detail.

9. International transfers

Where data crosses borders, we use Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent transfer mechanisms. Regional residency options are available for enterprise customers.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as the product and program evolve. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify active customers and inquiry contacts.
